What better way to surround yourself in the sights and sounds of the Yala and Wilpattu National Parks than camping in the wilderness? Leopard Trails is a bespoke eco-friendly camping safari provider operating in two of the most popular national parks in Sri Lanka, where the main wildlife attraction is the leopard.

Yala in the southwest and Wilpattu in the northeast are the best places on the island to see the leopard, Asian elephant, sloth bear, deer, water buffalo, crocodiles and a plethora of bird species.

Facilities and activities

Safaris are conducted in customized viewing vehicles and a qualified naturalist/game ranger will accompany you. There is a morning and evening game drive. Cameras and lenses can be rented from Leopard Trails and the camp manager will look after your belongings that need to be safely stored. All park entry fees are included in the package.
